CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS
This is a condition in which there are age related wear and tear changes taking place with in cervical spine. It is very commonly seen in middle age group people.

The extreme end of same is labelled as cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) where patient gets symptoms like imbalance on walking, difficulty to carry out hand functions, bowel/bladder dysfunction etc.


TREATMENT
Most of the times in early stages, it can be very well treated with oral medications, physiotherapy but if myelopathic picture sets in then surgical depression is the key with or without screws/rods construct.
